Church In Society

The Church in Society Committee is responsible for bringing before the congregation issues of peace, justice and other social concerns in the community and the world. It is the Church's contact with the Church in Society organizations of the wider Church.
This committee consists of seven members who share a term of three years. Meetings are held once a month, with a guest speaker attending quarterly. Church in Society highlights the needs of various groups through special annual offerings such as "One Great Hour of Sharing," "Neighbors in Need," and "Veterans of the Cross."
Members of the Church in Society Committee are welcome to serve more than one consecutive term.
