The Reverend John P. Potter
Reverend John P. Potter was called to be our minister in July 2003. Since that time John has increased our membership
by 93 with his faithful leadership. The Sunday School has increased enrollment. Additionally our 1909 organ has been restored,
the front and steeple of the church have been painted, the front steps have been repaired and the Fellowship Hall doors have
been replaced through a Capital Campaign drive.
First Congregational Church UCC Wiscasset is located on Rte 1 on the hill above the town common and next
to the court house. Parking is available behind the courthouse in either the upper or lower parking lot.
